Appartment in the Haus Landskron
We have been renting our appartement in the “Haus Landskron” since 1996. The appartment is on the first floor and is heading East with a nice view over Lake Ossiach.
It consists of an entry area, bathroom, kitchen, a bed-sitting room and a balcony. Three persons find comfortable space including satellite TV. A seperate garage is included and can easily be reached by elevator
Haus Landskron is located at the bottom of the Ossiacher Tauern, right below the famous Castle Landskron.
A grocery store is located within the building and opened during the summer season. The inviting bathing beach is directly connected to the building and only available for residents. Sports facilities include a volleyball-field, table tennis and 2 tennis courts.
Whatever you intend to do, go for it! The beach offers enough space for your surf equipment, you can rent a row-boat or sail over the picturesque lake. The region is also well-known for great fishing, trekking and mountain bike trails.
Rates for 2011 July/August till Sept 15th: € 50.-- per day (exluding energy, cleaning and visitors` tax)
Side season: prices start at only € 33.-- per day
